Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC is seeking a Specialist Dementia Occupational Therapist to join the Dementia Outreach Team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for care home residents with dementia. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
This 12-month fixed-term position requires 22.5 hours per week and comes with opportunities for professional development and supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong Occupational Therapy skills and experience in dementia care, as well as the ability to manage a clinical caseload effectively.
