Role and Team
We’re looking for a passionate and committed Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our warm and dynamic Community Nursing team at Trinity House, Ashford. You’ll share the trust’s CARE values and work closely with a supportive group who create a true sense of community through their dedication to the people they serve.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll provide advanced clinical nursing support to patients with complex long-term conditions, assessing needs and implementing care plans. As an autonomous practitioner, you’ll help manage our most challenging cases while offering clinical leadership. We’d love to hear from candidates with strong experience in long-term conditions, end-of-life care, or wound care, and you’ll need to hold a community specialist practitioner district nurse qualification.
