Based in our Leicester office your duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
* Cultivating robust relationships with every client to fully leverage our potential in the market.
* Delivering unparalleled customer service standards.
* Engaging consistently with customers - devising staffing strategies, informing on current market trends, resolving issues, and talking about upcoming needs.
- RECRUITMENT:
* Engaging in active candidate sourcing through diverse methods.
* Ensuring application management aligns with legal standards.
* Developing and nurturing robust relationships with candidates, delivering a favourable experience during the recruitment journey.
* Identifying and maximising work opportunities for applicants.
* Utilise social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
* Leveraging social media to advertise vacancies and interact with prospective candidates.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
* Building, cultivating, and sustaining relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
* Acquiring new business through different Business Development strategies, including cold calling
* Developing social media networks to connect with prospective clients

Previous experience in a business to business customer service or sales environment (not retail).
Educated ideally to A Level.
A driving licence and access to transport.
You will be office based Monday to Friday working 8 hours a day between 08:00 & 17:30. You will also be required to take part in our on call service on a rota basis
