About the Role As a Support Worker, you’ll help people achieve their personal goals and enjoy meaningful daily experiences. Your work will include: >Promoting independence and person‑centred support >Helping with daily living tasks (personal care, housework, medication, meal prep) >Supporting activities at home and in the community (cinema, music, art, swimming, volunteering, walks, etc.) >Working closely with your team and other professionals >Maintaining accurate support records Shift Pattern A mix of early, late, mid, night, and sleepover shifts. You’ll work 1:1 or 2:1 depending on support needs. Rotas are planned for fairness and consistency.
