The role
We’re seeking an ambitious Junior National Account Manager to accelerate Filippo Berio’s growth across key retail and discounter channels. In this commercially critical role, you’ll manage a portfolio of national accounts, lead strategic planning and negotiations, and deliver volume, value and profit targets with full P&L ownership. You’ll build trusted relationships with buyers, shape and execute Joint Business Plans, and drive NPD listings and category growth. Working collaboratively with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance, you’ll ensure flawless delivery of launches and promotions while using data sources such as Kantar, Nielsen and IRI to unlock insights and identify new opportunities.

The ideal fit
* Experience in a National Account Executive role or equivalent
* Have experience managing a P&L
* Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
* Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
* Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
* Comfortable working in a small dynamic team
