We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to work within our supported living service in Oadby, Leicestershire. The role involves delivering high‑quality person‑centred support to three individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, and overseeing the service as a lead.
Responsibilities
* Support individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, control and inclusion in everyday life.
* Provide hands‑on support with daily living skills, communication, emotional regulation and decision‑making.
* Maintain accurate and timely records, and report changes in health or circumstances to management.
* Provide positive behaviour support where appropriate.
* Mentor and guide staff, ensuring the service runs safely and in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
* Coordinate services, liaise with families, carers and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
* Support the coordination of the service, with shift‑based support and dedicated time for leadership and administrative duties.

Requirements
* Minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
* Full UK driver’s licence.
* Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care, and willingness to progress to Level 3.
