Join Us as a Clinical Support Officer!

Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

You will play a key role in keeping our Palliative Care Department running smoothly. From administrative support to coordinating appointments, your work will help ensure patients, staff, and families have a seamless experience every day.


Day to Day

* Provide administrative and clerical support as directed by the Nursing Unit Manager
* Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal departments and external providers
* Support rostering, timesheets, and workforce systems
* Assist with inventory and ordering of clinical supplies
* Respond to enquiries from staff, patients, and families with professionalism and empathy

* To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
