The Best Connection Mansfield are currently seeking Paint Sprayers to work at our client based in Ollerton, a leading manufacturers for the automotive industry.
*** Please note - for this role, you must either drive, or live local to the site, due to no public transport available for the start and finish times of the shift!!!***
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Prepare surfaces and apply paint using spray equipment to high-quality standards.
* Mix and match paint colours according to specifications.
* Ensure all work meets company and customer expectations.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Carry out basic maintenance of spray equipment.
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Working Hours and Pay Rate:
* Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm
* Friday 7:30am - 1:30pm
* Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in paint spraying (automotive or industrial).
* Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
* Able to commute to Ollerton daily.
