This main contractor has a respected name and are known for delivering quality at a large scale across residential, commercial and mixed use projects in the UK. This contractor can offer a great amount of growth and progression as they have a good pipeline of work and repeat client base.
The ideal Project Director
* The ideal Project Director will need to have delivered a project in valued over £150million and have seen it from start to finish.
* This contractor is looking for dynamic and ambitious individuals with a drive for delivering operational excellence.
* This Project Director will have excellent client communication, be commercially astute and have a good understanding of design and experience delivering highly technical projects.
* As this is a tier one main contractor, the ideal Project Director will have come from a tier one background and be degree qualified or similar.
Responsibilities of Project Director
* Working closely with the client ensuring project is on programme and to budget.
* Full responsibility of the project as a whole, managing a large operational, commercial and technical team and reporting to an Operations Director.
* Hands on approach with the project to ensure it is delivered to the high quality and safety standards that are promised from the outset.
