Creative & Localisation Producer
Central London (4-5 days in office)
6‑month contract
£208-£232 per day
We're looking for a driven, highly organised Creative & Localisation Producer to join an in‑house Creative & Brand Studio within a fast‑paced international business. This contract role sits at the heart of global digital advertising and product launch activity, supporting campaigns across the UK and Europe.
You'll manage the end‑to‑end creation and localisation of digital and omni‑channel marketing assets, working closely with marketing, product marketing and creative teams, as well as external production partners. From ideation through to delivery, you'll ensure every asset is culturally relevant, technically accurate and delivered on time.
What you'll be doing
* Independently managing the creation and localisation of integrated campaigns across OLV, social, digital, (D)OOH, web and CRM
* Overseeing video animation and design production, including transcreation, cultural checks, QC, post‑production and asset trafficking
* Partnering with EU and international marketing teams and media agencies to define formats, specs and deliverables
* Ensuring accurate, approved and timely delivery of assets to media owners
* Staying up to date with media formats and technical specifications across existing and emerging channels
* Collaborating with producers, project managers, creative leads and external agencies to scope, resource and schedule work
* Defining and continually improving localisation and project management processes
The first three months will focus heavily on supporting new product launches into EU and international markets, creating paid media campaigns and localising existing ATL work for new territories.
What we're looking for
* 5+ years' experience in creative production, transcreation or localisation (agency or in‑house)
* Proven experience delivering campaigns across multiple locales and channels (TV, Radio, OLV, Digital, Print, Social, (D)OOH)
* Strong Asana and project timelining skills (essential)
* Confidence working with AI‑driven production tools and workflows
* Native‑level proficiency in at least one additional European language
* Experience working with media plans and global cross‑functional stakeholders
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects end‑to‑end
* Figma experience a bonus
Why apply?
* High‑profile international campaigns
* Hands‑on ownership and autonomy
* Creative, collaborative studio environment
* Competitive day rate (£208-£232)
* Central London (Shoreditch) location
If you're a proactive producer who thrives in international, fast‑moving environments and loves making creative work land brilliantly across markets, this role could be a great fit.
