Are you a people person who thrives in a busy, varied role? Do you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly? We're looking for a Customer Service & Business Administration Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team.As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering the excellent service we're known for. This is a hands-on role where flexibility and teamwork are essential - we all pull together to get things done.

What you'll be doing:

* Managing customer enquiries (calls, emails, online requests) promptly, courteously, and professionally.
* Scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and coordinating with engineers to maximise efficiency.
* Keeping accurate customer records up to date in our systems.
* Supporting customers with feedback and resolving issues where needed.
* Promoting products and services, ensuring customers know what's available to them.
* Helping with wider business administration and projects to improve processes.

What we're looking for:

* A strong communicator (both written and verbal) who is confident, professional, and personable.
* Organised and proactive, able to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
* Experience in customer service and/or administration.
* Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems.
* A team player who can adapt quickly and support colleagues where needed.
* Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.

Working pattern:

* Standard shifts 10am–6pm/ 12pm–8pm
* Occasional weekend holiday cover may be required with notice.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
