Our workforce is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a patient-focused Customer Service Superstar to join our Communications/Call Centre team full time role within the Christchurch Region. Join our vibrant and innovative team, being the smiling face of our organisation as part of our collaborative and patient-focused primary care team.

Based at our Business Support Office in Wigram, Monday-Friday 8hrs shifts between 7.30-6pm.

About the role

As a Customer Care Communications team member, you'll play a critical role in providing world class primary care to our patients.

Forming a part of our collaborative care team of support staff and dedicated clinicians including Registered and Enrolled nurses, Nurse Prescribers, Nurse Practitioners, General Practitioners, Physician Associates and Pharmacists. Your duties will include answering phones, booking appointments,navigating patients through our services, administrative tasks,etc.
