Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our LIMS and Digital Imaging IT (DIIT) portfolio across the UK/Ireland region. You will identify new business opportunities, build solid relationships with prospective clients, and develop strategic initiatives to expand our market presence.
You will:
* Create and execute a comprehensive business plan to meet the organization’s growth objectives across LIMs and DIIT business units and deliver regional sales targets.
* Oversee complex sales initiatives and enterprise-level growth strategies.
* Mentor high‑performing teams and develop enterprise-level strategies.
* Develop and implement market strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
* Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
* Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into revenue, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to ensure profitable business outcomes.
Essential Requirements
* Deep understanding of laboratory information systems and diagnostic imaging solutions, including how LIS software manages data, workflows, and integrations within a laboratory setting.
* Background in medical technology, pathology services, and healthcare software.
* Solid experience in sales management and business development.
* Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
* Domain understanding of healthcare data, integration, terminology, research, and analysis.
* Robust understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in pathology (but not exclusively).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
