What you’ll do
* Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team, while overseeing HR & TA operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
* Track and analyse metrics to drive process improvements and enhance delivery.
* Manage escalations and complex HR requests, ensuring timely resolution.
* Promote HR self-service tools and support complex transactions.
* Communicate process updates to HR and business leaders.
* Identify trends, recommend operational improvements, and contribute to special projects as needed.

* Experienced HR Operations leader with a strong record of success, including process improvement and developing HR and TA functions to support organisational growth.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven ability to grow and develop high-performing teams.
* Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, supported by global experience across diverse regions.
* Results-oriented, focused on initiatives that deliver maximum impact.
