Accounts Payable Clerk - Central London/hybrid working - Up to £35,000 plus bonus & benefits My client, a global Professional Services company based in central London with offices in over 50 locations overseas, is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market leading, award winning international company. Key Responsibilities: Act as gatekeeper to ensure adequate controls over invoice and payment authorisations before processing Process purchase invoices Weekly and month-end payment runs Creditor Statement reconciliations Setting up new supplier accounts Dealing with supplier queries Knowledge of VAT legislation for different expense types Communicate to management accountant the outstanding invoices to accrue at month-end Ad-hoc related tasks as and when required Key skills: Previous experience working within Accounts Payable Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and credibility with staff across the business as well as suppliers Be cooperative, flexible and a team player who can collaborate with others A high attention to detail ensuring work is produced timely, accurately and of the highest possible standard Strong written, verbal and numerical skills Excellent IT skills MS Office suite - Outlook and Excel specifically Experience in SUN Systems would be advantageous but not essential Broadstone Resourcing Ltd acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business and all appointments will be made on merit alone.
