What is it like being a private dentist at Rodericks Dental Partners?
There are many opportunities to develop clinical skills in a safe, patient-focused environment. Clinicians have autonomy and clinical freedom, while systems handle most administrative matters so clinicians can focus on delivering quality dentistry. Training opportunities are plentiful and discounted, including regular CPD courses (e.g., implant and restorative PG Cert/Diploma courses). Clinicians have access to a broad range of equipment and materials, and can request additional materials as needed. Support staff include hygienists, therapists, treatment care coordinators, and nurses with qualifications in radiography, impression taking and implant training.
Improving lives through quality dentistry – together. We reward you financially and personally as you develop your career with incentives, recognition, and opportunities. As a Dentist, you’ll help deliver the best service to your community and be supported by an experienced team of specialists across the area. Regular meetings with the Practice Manager and a dedicated clinical team help you stay on track with revenue targets and practice management.
Genuine career progression: we are a “progress from within” culture with opportunities to learn new skills. Our career development programmes and CPD support a shared pursuit of better care. We have the investment, strategy, and national footprint ready, and we now seek the next generation of dentists to support growth.
Talented, purpose-driven people: our leaders are experienced and genuinely passionate about dentistry. We aim to create an environment where people thrive, grow, and win together, with opportunities to move into Lead, Management or Specialist roles.
Clinically led care: following the 2022 merger, we are positioned to grow across the UK. If your ambition is to grow skills and career, talk to us.
Community focus: everyone is empowered to increase local access to care, with practices given the freedom to serve their communities and promote oral health through local education. You’ll help patients understand treatment options and lead by example.
“Win-together” rewards: we offer a rewarding pay structure and a range of rewards that recognise individual and team performance. We support life outside of work and offer flexible arrangements to accommodate childcare and other care commitments.
