We specialise in
All aspects of river and coastal engineering within multiple challenging and engaging sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy and Cities & Development. We provide industry‑leading solutions from conception through construction, with value added through client‑side support as well as construction phases.
Your role
* Deliver technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high‑quality levels.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
* Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Understand, communicate and manage project risks.
* Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
About You
* Chartered Civil Engineer.
* Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design and Design & Build.
* Knowledge of coastal defences, flood walls and embankments, weirs, hydraulic structures, culverts, scour protection, access and accessibility, and construction logistics.
* Familiarity with current UK design standards, guidance and working practices.
* Proficiency in delivering both traditional engineering and environmentally focused solutions using nature‑based strategies.
* Sound commercial, contractual and programme experience.
