We are a successful, diverse and well‑established events and media production company located in the beautiful surroundings of Abney Park, Cheadle. We specialise in the production of global events – live events, congresses, and exhibitions – and in creating exciting and innovative digital media within the healthcare industry.
Due to an increase in workloads, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support one of our busiest project teams with the day‑to‑day aspects of event organisation and delivery.
Requirements
* Provide full administrative support to the team.
* Participate in client briefing meetings.
* Obtain costings from third parties.
* Produce site schedules and other project‑related documentation.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Coordinate and organise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Have a background in a similar project support role within an events company/agency, ideally with experience in exhibition stands/booth delivery.
* Hold strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience using project management software.
