Head of Sales Duties:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Sales to lead our high-performing sales team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director you will oversee a team of 10 and be responsible for a turnover of approximately £10 million. This is a senior leadership role with significant influence over strategy, operations, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10 contractor sales professionals.
* Develop and execute the contractor sales strategy to drive sustainable growth.
* Oversee a £15 million sales turnover, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractor clients.
* Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and implement innovative sales initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client delivery.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
