We are recruiting for a General Manager for a Flagship Restaurant in Eastbourne.
The restaurant is part of a small growing restaurant group on the South Coast that currently operates four restaurants with a new opening happening in the next couple of months.

The group has an amazing reputation for looking after their people with a very high management and team retention level.

We are looking for a General Manager that has good volume experience and is used to working with seasonal peaks in trade. A General Manager that wants to take real ownership of their site and have input on all areas of the business.

The right General Manager needs to be a great leader, that can develop and delegate well, to their motivated and happy team. A General Manager that is focussed on standards and delivering a great experience to their guests.
