Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement community fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals
* Cultivate relationships with community groups, volunteers, and local partners to maximise outreach and engagement
* Plan and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring they align with organisational priorities
* Inspire and support community volunteers and stakeholders in fundraising activities
* Analyse operational results to optimise fundraising efforts and report on performance metrics
* Maintain a strong understanding of community needs and adapt strategies accordingly
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure impactful communication and promotional activities
