We are looking for a committed and highly motivated Teaching Assistant, to join our dedicated team from 1st September 2026.

We are recruiting a full time Teaching Assistant who is caring, enthusiastic, reliable, and able to support learning at our Infant site (Pewley Down). This position is covering a maternity leave, and is for the 26/27 academic year.
In this TA role, you will support the children as directed by the class teacher. The role will also involve supporting children with addtional needs; individually, in groups and within the whole class provision. This is a varied role and we are looking for a flexible and resourceful individual, able to cope confidently in a demanding environment and able to adapt to changing situations.
The role requires the ability to work well in a team. Applications are invited from interested parties who:

• have excellent interpersonal skills
• have good literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English & Maths at Grade C/equivalent)
• have good organisational skills

Working hours: 0830 - 1500 (Monday - Friday, term time only)
Actual salary: £17,443 for 30 hours per week
