Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm | Monday – Friday
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the B96 area is currently seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who is passionate about supporting children’s academic progress and personal development within a positive learning environment.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide high-quality support to pupils across the school, including 1:1 support
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Prepare and adapt learning resources to meet individual pupil needs
* Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment
* Act as a positive role model who is enthusiastic and motivated
* Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should:
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Have previous experience working in a primary school setting
* Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
* Show a proactive approach to supporting children’s learning
* Be a team player while also confident working independently
* Have knowledge of SEND and intervention strategies (desirable)
