Title: Channel Management Director, International Company: Ipsen Pharma (SAS) : The Channel Management Director International reports to the VP Global Expansion, and is accountable for the governance over and adherence to the SOS framework to enable swift and sustainable changes in terms of LDM (local demand management) monitoring. In this role, you will collaborate very closely with affiliate representatives, as well as with global Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and other supporting functions. You are responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, compliance and monitoring, as well as for data analysis and reporting within scope of responsibility. You will build strong relationships among peers at international level and in affiliate country organizations (e.g., Finance Directors, Supply Chain leads) to ensure alignment and necessary support to be successful. Main responsibilities / job expectations Strategic planning Analyze current LDM trends within Europe and develop LDM strategies to optimize supply to patients ensuring no out-of-stock situations in markets Establish acceptable level of quotas for product distribution to effectively manage supply (based on historical trends, market growth…) Plan optimal supply chain set-up for new launches Establish emergency supply channel Monitor the supply chain for vulnerabilities Stakeholder engagement (mainly internal) Animate local SC & Finance community on LDM topics Work closely with local teams to understand market dynamics and LDM patterns; challenge as appropriate Collaborate with Intl Finance and Global Supply Chain to align LDM strategies with overall financial goals Engage with Legal to ensure all LDM activities are compliant with relevant regulations Selectively engage with Distributors as required Compliance and monitoring Regularly review and ensure adherence to Ipsen's European harmonized SOS framework Identify and report instances of unusual activities Review country local demand analysis & reconciliation, and challenge as necessary Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that might affect LDM Develop and implement risk mitigation plans for potential issues in LDM, including anticipation of market changes (Gx entry, price changes, etc.) Data analysis and reporting Analyze data on local demand flows to identify patterns/ areas of concerns Regularly report on LDM effectiveness and quota adherence to senior management Forecast future trends in product flows and prepare strategies to ensure continuous supply in market Collect insights and feedback to improve LDM processes and approaches, incl.
