In this Warranty Claims Administrator role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims and handling general inquiries via phone from customers, dealerships, and end users. Provide clear and comprehensive updates to claimants regarding the status of their claims, including detailed explanations when a claim is rejected or adjusted. Process claims payments within the limits of authority, adhering to company policies and the product's terms and conditions when requested.
