Key Responsibilities:
As an Agency Chef, you’ll support busy kitchens by delivering high standards of food preparation and service, including:
8. Preparing and cooking fresh meals across varied menus
9. Supporting kitchens during staff shortages and busy periods
10. Working efficiently in fast-paced environments
11. Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP and COSHH
12. Managing stock and ensuring kitchen cleanliness
13. Providing reliable support to hospitality and care clients
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a reliable and adaptable Chef who enjoys flexible work and can quickly settle into different kitchens.
14. Previous chef experience within hospitality or care settings
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
16. Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
17. Flexibility to travel around Shanklin and surrounding areas including Ryde
18. Someone interested in relief shifts or ongoing summer bookings
