Job Description:
Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service line for a large organization. The role involves working closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, ensuring successful implementation.
* This is a permanent position.
* Location: Chester (Hybrid working, minimum once a month in the office)
* Salary: Up to £110k + up to 18% bonus + excellent pension plan and benefits.
* The client is a global Financial Services company; experience in Financial Services is highly desirable.
Required skills and experience:
* Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations
* Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital-focused solution architecture with customer-centric functions
* End-to-end solution architecture for customer products, including design, modeling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership
* Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce (preferably Financial Services Cloud)
* Experience in enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems
* Customer Journey experience
