POSITION OVERVIEW As National Account Manager, you will lead the strategic growth of key UK trade partnerships across both bricks-and-mortar and e-commerce retail. You’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of national retail accounts and play a pivotal role in expanding Fushi’s distribution, visibility, and impact across premium health, beauty and wellness channels. Reporting to the Head of Trade, this is a commercially focused, relationship-driven role where you’ll be responsible for hitting revenue targets, delivering brand excellence at shelf, and building long-term, collaborative partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-scaling purpose-led brand at the intersection of natural health, sustainability and consumer wellbeing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Account Management & Revenue Growth • Own a portfolio of UK national retail accounts – driving strategic growth across in-store and online channels. • Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that align with Fushi’s values and commercial goals. • Negotiate trading terms, annual agreements and promotional plans to optimise profitability and partner success. • Champion Fushi’s brand and values in every customer interaction and touchpoint. 2. Commercial Strategy & Forecasting • Forecast and track sales performance against account plans, highlighting risks and opportunities. • Own account P&Ls and manage trade budgets effectively. • Identify and develop new retail opportunities in aligned wellness and lifestyle categories. • Analyse sales data, market trends and shopper behavior to inform pricing, promotions, demand planning, and retail strategies. 3. Retail Marketing & Brand Execution • Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver best-in-class activation – from POS materials to campaign launches. • Ensure flawless retail execution across listings, display, content and seasonal campaigns. • Support new product launches with full omnichannel integration across partner platforms. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, content, and NPD teams to ensure delivery, campaign, and stock readiness. • Feed customer insights into product, brand, and innovation teams to influence roadmap development. • Represent the retail customer voice across internal planning and quarterly reviews. KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES • 3 years’ experience in national account management within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing retail partnerships. • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. • Highly commercial, confident with data, and fluent in Excel and reporting tools. • Passionate about purpose-led brands, natural wellness and ethical living. • Resilient, proactive, and adaptable – with a collaborative mindset and a focus on solutions.
