We are looking for a highly capable Digital Content Creator to take ownership of content creation and digital engagement.

farmdrive is an award-winning livestock management platform helping dairy and beef farmers across the UK and Ireland to track farm performance, herd profitability, and time-efficient compliance, while enabling meat processors to forecast supply, strengthen audits, and unlock real supply chain intelligence.
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who can:
* Film and edit high-quality short and long-form video content.
* Create engaging, platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
* Design graphics and marketing assets (Canva proficiency essential, others desirable)
* Turn product updates and customer stories into compelling, conversion-led campaigns
* Translate strategy into consistent content with measurable performance metrics linked to KPIs
You will work closely with the CEO, CMO, software engineers, and customer success teams to storyboard, create, and distribute content that drives:
* Target audience enquiries
* User retention and engagement
* Brand awareness
This is not a purely strategic or managerial role. It is a delivery-focused position for someone who enjoys creating, testing, and optimising content that performs.
Key Responsibilities
A core focus of this role is the creation of digital content with an emphasis on video production. This may include filming on-location at farm visits, enterprise client interviews, event-related content, and hosting live or pre-recorded webinars.
The successful applicant will be proficient in operating videography equipment (camera, tripod, mobile phone camera, lighting, microphones, etc.) and will be able to develop content storyboards aligned to campaign goals.
Core skills include editing editing short-form video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts (use of hooks, engaging, development of brand video identity), as well as producing longer-form content e.g., YouTube for customer stories and educational pieces.
It would be preferable for the Digital Content Creator to be comfortable appearing on camera, when required e.g., at events, interviewing customers, for ‘a day in the life’ style content, etc.
We appreciate that today, marketing professionals can have very broad skillsets. Whilst not a requirement, additional skills and experience that would be desirable include experience in:
* Managing social media profiles across various platforms to include creating social media content calendars aligned with business strategy and objectives, creating and scheduling social content (graphics, photography, captions, video), posting ‘live’ social content, and managing community engagement.
* Graphic design (predominantly using Canva, but other software packages are acceptable) for social media, printed literature, marketing materials and sales collateral, website graphics/content, etc.
* Copywriting / writing for various mediums including website content (SEO optimised), printed literature, pitch decks, whitepapers, corporate communications, marketing emails, etc.
* Website design, development, and maintenance (WordPress).
* Quantifiable outcomes from the use of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads, or other Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising experience.
* Lead generation and nurturing (HubSpot) including the creation and execution of email campaigns.
* Designing, delivering, and managing events, including creating engaging experiences at trade shows and exhibitions.
* PR, including writing press releases and engaging with print/digital media.
* Working with third-party agencies and freelancers, where required.
What We’re Looking For
We do not expect one person to have all of the skills and experience outlined above. The core emphasis of this role is Digital Content Creation with an emphasis on video production, but we are interested to hear about the experience you have that aligns with the desirable skills outlined above.
* A minimum 3–5 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media strategy.
* Demonstrable experience producing short-form video content that drives engagement and outcomes.
* Understanding of how content supports conversion funnels (awareness → engagement → download → demo).
* Comfortable filming on farms and in professional environments.
* Strong Canva skills (or transferable skills e.g., experience with other software advantageous).
* Commercial awareness and ability to align content to growth goals.
* Agricultural, livestock, or agri-tech knowledge highly desirable.
