My client is a major manufacturing business, they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead their team of maintenance engineers on site and implement CAPEX projects. If you are someone who wants to be part of something special, this could be a role for you.
This pivotal leadership role focuses on driving asset reliability, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and supporting production by delivering high-quality maintenance services. You will also be involved in projects that improve the sites efficiency and output.
You will lead a skilled maintenance team, manage preventative and reliability-centred maintenance programmes, and optimise equipment uptime, expenditure, and spare parts availability. This role is ideal for a strong engineering professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to continuous improvement.
We are looking for experienced engineering management professionals who come from a FMCG or heavy industrial background who can implement their way of working effectively within a new team and have experience of successfully implementing major CAPEX projects.

• A degree in engineering or time served apprenticeship.
• Proven leadership experience of an engineering team.
• Experience within a heavy industrial or FMCG environment.
• A strong track record of leading teams and delivering measurable improvements in performance and efficiency.
• Successful implementation of large-scale CAPEX projects.
