We are seeking a Content Creator — a strategic
storyteller with a passion for producing engaging, impactful content that
elevates brand awareness and builds meaningful connections with audiences.
In this role, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and
execution of content across the Arora Group portfolio, ensuring a consistent,
high-performing brand presence across all channels. From websites and social
media to CRM and campaigns, you’ll craft compelling narratives that resonate
with both B2C and B2B audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development &
Storytelling
* Own the content calendar and production pipeline across social and
digital channels.
* Guide the creation and publishing of standout multimedia content —
video, short-form, long-form, editorial, and experiential.
* Develop innovative, shareable content formats to drive engagement,
reach, and loyalty.
* Plan and capture content for events, campaigns, and activations
with multiple asset use cases.
* Stay ahead of trends, leveraging new formats, tools, and platforms.
Performance & Insights
* Define KPIs for engagement, reach, growth, and content performance.
* Analyse performance data to optimise creative formats, posting
strategies, and content types.
* Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.
* Align content performance with wider brand and commercial
objectives.
Community Engagement &
Management
* Build and nurture online communities across group and brand level.
* Lead engagement strategies to foster two-way communication and
loyalty.
* Collaborate with influencers and partners to co-create relevant,
impactful content.
* Monitor and respond to audience sentiment across platforms.
About You…..
* Proven experience as a Content Manager (hospitality or retail
experience preferred).
* Strong creative skills in writing, editing, photography,
videography, and production.
* Solid project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Experience with CMS and CRM platforms.
* Expertise in digital communications across B2C, B2B, and corporate
audiences.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
