Complex Needs Classroom Assistant – Netherley (L27) Liverpool

This nurturing mainstream primary school in Netherley (L27) Liverpool is seeking a Classroom Assistant to support pupils with complex needs, including PMLD, autism, and medical needs. You’ll join a dedicated team making a real difference every day.

The Role

1. Provide 1:1 and small group support across KS1–KS2

2. Assist with personal care, sensory integration, and communication strategies

3. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to promote progress and wellbeing

You’ll Need

4. Experience in SEND settings (PMLD, complex needs, or medical care)

5. A calm, patient approach and strong communication skills

6. Willingness to support with personal care and physical needs
