We aim to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for our customers and exciting and innovative events and private functions Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and creative chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating fresh, street food-style dishes and will bring innovative ideas to our kitchen. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook dishes according to our street food-inspired menu. Ensure all food is cooked and presented to a high standard. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in developing new menu items and specials. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth service. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: Proven experience as a chef, ideally in a fresh food-focused environment. Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
