School Receptionist - Bolton
A welcoming school in Bolton is seeking a School Receptionist to join their busy front office team. This role is ideal for someone friendly, organised, and confident acting as the first point of contact for the school.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: £17 per hour
Location: Bolton
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors, parents, pupils, and staff in a professional manner
* Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries
* Maintaining visitor sign-in procedures in line with safeguarding requirements
* Providing general administrative and office support
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (school experience desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Calm, professional approach in a busy environment
* Awareness of safeguarding procedures (or willingness to learn)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
