The Team

The Role
As the Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager, you will ensure the effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
>Lead the annual marketing planning cycle, ensuring markets have clear guidance, templates and timelines.
>Translate customer, market and competitor insights into actionable recommendations for marketing.
>Collaborate with product teams to refresh and align product propositions with the easyJet brand, developing toolkits that enable marketing teams to bring product strategies to life through clear and consistent communications.
>Support the delivery of central marketing projects by providing structure, coordination and cross-team alignment
>Manage operational cadence, processes and workflows to ensure the marketing function runs efficiently and effectively.
>Support budget planning, tracking, documentation and reconciliation.
>Strengthen capability and culture through training, development initiatives and improved ways of working.
>Ensure the marketing function stays future-focused by horizon scanning emerging marketing trends, research and best practice, and embedding relevant learning into plans and ways of working.
