This is the job Joining the AA as Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving AA success through the management and performance of a range of B2B products and propositions, ensuring they deliver against the AA's customer and commercial objectives, and regulatory responsibilities. You will be responsible for shaping the development of products and propositions, as well as managing and optimising those already in market, ensuring we deliver against the business's customer, commercial and regulatory objectives. What will I be doing? Ensure products meet regulatory requirements, continually reviewing and identifying opportunities for future improvements Optimising the commercial performance of products, working with colleagues across the B2B Team and the wider AA to analyse trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue/margins and remove inefficiencies Developing and implementing new products and services from Ideation to Execution for existing B2B customers Ensure that product management and development falls in line with budgetary requirements Undertaking end-to-end Product Reviews including competitor, substitute, alternative and outside-of-industry category comparisons to define what best-in-class looks like Producing and managing business cases in order to then deliver the initiatives to move the AA to best-in-class Attendance and running of key meetings/committees key- Reporting requirements, following up on actions, providing MI to populate product performance, completing regulatory reporting requirements to tight deadlines What do I need? Capability, Knowledge and Experience: Experience of product management within an FCA regulated business preferred Knowledge of launching and managing new products/propositions from Ideation to Execution stages Experience of developing and managing business cases and budget management throughout the implementation of the initiative Proven stakeholder management experience Experience of driving Customer Experience improvements, ideally including customer journey mapping Strong commercial understanding - with a broad understanding of all the levers that impact revenue and profits, underpinned by solid analytical skills Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects concurrently.
