This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands

Job Description
What will you be doing?
1. Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
2. Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
3. Maintains security by following procedures
4. Keeps a safe and clean working areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
5. This may include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast and Bar, and supporting the Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
7. Experience in a similar role ideally within a Hotel environment
8. A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
9. A commitment to delivering high levels of guest service
10. A smart and professional appearance
11. Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality
12. Opera Cloud knowledge
