About the Role & Team
Join our analysis community of business analysts, change managers, user researchers and UX designers. Your day‑to‑day work will involve:
* Integrating with software development or data science teams to gather and manage requirements.
* Acting as the link between technical teams and customers.
* Supporting delivery, leading acceptance testing and monitoring the end‑to‑end benefits‑management process.
* Ensuring intended changes are correctly implemented and benefits realised.
About You
You are passionate about technology and safety, and you can demonstrate the required skills either through a relevant degree or through professional experience and self‑directed learning.
Core Skills
* Eliciting and analysing functional and non‑functional requirements.
* Documenting and prioritising requirements using roadmaps, epics, user stories and backlogs.
* Generating options and evaluating them for financial, technical and business feasibility.
* Developing and implementing business change plans, including processes, systems and organisational changes.
* Using structured tools to lead people through change.
* Engaging stakeholders and tailoring communication to those impacted.
* Monitoring and sustaining the impact of change.
* Identifying, classifying and prioritising risks with mitigation actions.
* Ensuring customers are ready to operate new services once deployed.
General Skills
* Ensuring options align with the organisation’s vision, mission and strategy.
* Planning, developing and implementing risk‑management approaches.
* Planning, designing, managing and reporting on acceptance‑test outcomes.
* Implementing service‑acceptance and benefits‑management frameworks.
