Looking for your next step in Private Client advisory?A respected and forward-thinking firm in Warwickshire is looking to expand its well-regarded Trusts & Estates team. With a strong reputation in the Private Client space, they're ready to welcome a talented Manager to oversee a high-value portfolio of HNW trust clients. In this role, you'll take ownership of both compliance and advisory work, while playing a key role in developing junior team members. You'll be trusted to manage a variety of responsibilities, including:
* Supervising and mentoring a team of junior trust advisers, overseeing their WIP, utilisation, and growth
* Reviewing complex trust accounts and tax returns
* Managing the day-to-day administration of a range of trusts
* Acting as the key contact for clients, solicitors, and other third parties
* Supporting with ad hoc IHT and wider trust planning projects alongside senior leadership
