Salary: £100–£120 per day (dependent on experience)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Beaconsfield, seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children’s learning and development in a nurturing and forward-thinking environment.
About the Role:
As a HLTA, you will:
* Deliver planned lessons across KS1 and KS2 in the absence of the class teacher
* Support the class teacher in planning, preparation and assessment
* Lead small group interventions to raise attainment
* Provide one-to-one support for children with additional needs
* Play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
✅ HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience
✅ Experience working across primary year groups
✅ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✅ A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude
✅ Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
