In this role, you will provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to our customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in-store experience. About You
We’re looking for someone who is passionate, professional, and ready to make a difference in every client’s day.
* Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1+ year of professional experience in threading. Accreditation in waxing is preferable.
* Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
* Be happy offering all of the treatments above as part of your role.
* Be confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
* Be truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
