The Role
We're looking for a motivated and organised Team Organiser to join us This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop a career in the rail industry and gain hands-on experience in project coordination, planning, and workforce management.
You'll work closely with our Managers and Directors, supporting project delivery and ensuring our teams are in the right place with the right information and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Help plan and coordinate team rotas and project schedules.
* Communicate with site teams and clients to confirm access times and requirements.
* Assist in organising accommodation, travel, and logistics for staff.
* Prepare and share key work documents, such as toolbox talks and shift briefings.
* Keep records up to date, including training, safety, and competency information.
* Provide general administrative and coordination support across projects.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams and share point.
* A proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* No previous rail experience required — full training and support will be provided.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Glasgow G3 8AZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
