Job Description
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
If you are passionate about supporting high-quality care services through assessing and reviewing individual needs, and supervising care workers, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications
You should have experience in needs and risk assessments, developing person-centred care plans in partnership with tenants and their carers. Leadership experience, including shadowing, supervising, instructing, and supporting care workers in an Extra Care scheme, is essential.
