We are excited to present a fantastic job opportunity in Chesterfield. Our client is an international manufacturing organization seeking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team.
Job Details:
* Temporary to permanent position
* Immediate start in April
* Full-time, 37 hours per week
* Salary: £28,000 + annual company performance bonus
* Location: Chesterfield, close to Junction 29a
* Office-based with free parking and excellent facilities
Your role:
You will be part of a busy Customer Service department, primarily processing customer sales orders received via email in SAP, supporting an international customer base with order coordination and delivery.
* Receive and process customer orders via email in SAP
* Process partial orders
* Provide order acknowledgements and full customer support
* Manage customer records
* Coordinate with other departments to progress orders
* Work with freight agents to arrange transport and provide packing lists and tracking details
* Prepare export documentation such as certificates of origin, EUR1 forms, and chamber of commerce documents
* Handle sales invoicing and credit notes
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a customer service administrator
* Experience in export is a plus but not essential
* Sales order processing experience required
* Knowledge of SAP advantageous
