Production Supervisor
Location: Newry | Contract: Full-time Clinique, Permanent | Shift Pattern: Continental (Rotating Days & Nights)
A global, highly regulated manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join its production leadership team at a large, modern facility in Northern Ireland. This is a key frontline leadership role, responsible for supervising production teams, maintaining GMP standards, and driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing operations within a regulated environment.
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a continental shift pattern with excellent built‑in rest periods and a structured work‑life balance.
* Alternating 4‑day and 3‑day working weeksCruises
* Combination of day and night shifts
* Regular, planned rest days built into the rota
* Predictable long‑term schedule
The Role
* Supervise, coach, and develop production operatives
* Ensure full compliance with GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
* Oversee daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets
* Review production documentation and quality records
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support SOP updates
* Manage deviations anfangen investigations, and CAPA actions
* Plan resources, staffing, and equipment to meet operational demand
* Work closely with quality, engineering, and support functions
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
* Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience

* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
* Flexibility to work a rotating continental shift pattern
