PMO Administrators – Dover
Salary:
Up to £31,000 per annum
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, with hybrid working 3 days in the office

Key responsibilities:
* Keeping systems running smoothly from meetings to governance and reporting
* Providing board members with clear, concise insights and reports
* Supporting governance and controls across a range of exciting projects
* Administering and improving digital services and processes
* Ensuring planning data is accurate and aligned with approved cost and work structures
* Giving project teams access to consolidated data and performance reports
Key Experience:
* A-levels or equivalent professional training
* Experience in project controls or busy business administrative environments, confident with digital tools and processes
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Confidence to step in and cover for the PMO Digital Manager when required
Desirable skills:
* Experience with digital services
* Knowledge of project controls frameworks (e.g., APM Body of Knowledge)
* Proficient in creating and managing reports or analysing project data
* Understanding of project governance and scheduling principles
* Hands-on experience with planning tools
