Responsibilities
* Provide expert Synthetic Flight instruction to clients across platforms including Falcon, Gulfstream, Citation and Challenger.
* Deliver occasional classroom-based instruction and maintain accurate, concise trainee records in accordance with CAE policy.
* Work with state-of-the-art synthetic training equipment and the latest aircraft technologies.
* Collaborate with client partners to lead training sessions and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
Qualifications and requirements
* Held a UK, EASA or ICAO equivalent licence.
* 1500 hours or more total multi-pilot time.
* Recent instructional experience – TRI/TRE/SFI/SFE desirable and/or teaching experience.
* Experience operating within a business aviation environment on the platforms mentioned is highly desirable but not essential.
* Keen eye for detail in training delivery; able to maintain accurate and timely records in line with CAE policy.
* Ability to tailor training sessions to a diverse customer base.
* Basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs.
* Must read, speak and converse in English at a high level.
* Flexibility to commit to a 5-day-on / 2-days-off work pattern.
* Must live within commutable distance to Burgess Hill (ideally within a 1-hour drive / 30 miles) or be willing to make suitable local arrangements.
* The right to live and work in the UK is desirable.
