* General farm work and routine maintenance
* To assist with the day to day operations of the livestock enterprise with both cattle and sheep, to include feeding, bedding, weighing, recording, stocktaking and planning activities.
* To ensure high standards of the estate appearance is maintained, making improvements wherever possible and no business activity impacts adversely on the reputation of the Dyson brand.
* Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety.
* Operating modern machinery to a high standard and supporting with the farm operations.
* Demonstrate commitment to personal development by undergoing training where necessary.
* To ensure a high level of welfare for the livestock on farm.
* Any other ad hoc duties within your capabilities.
Person Specification
* Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
* Operate to our high standards of compliance
* Knowledge of modern agricultural machinery
* Commitment to undertake continued training and development
* Holds an up to date certificate for telescopic forklift and UTV/ATV
* Good organisational skills
* Professional manner
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Proactive and flexible approach to work
* Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
* Ability to work under own initiative but also as part of the wider Dyson team Farming
* Holds a current UK driving licence
