Staffordshire University is seeking a Head of Educational Enhancement & Impact to lead institution‑wide innovation, quality and inclusive excellence across its portfolio.
With more than 20,000 students across campuses in Stoke, Stafford, London and global partner sites, this role offers the opportunity to influence sector‑leading digital practice, immersive learning and impactful educational change.
The Role
As Head of Educational Enhancement & Impact, you will:
* Lead strategic initiatives to enhance learning, teaching and student outcomes.
* Oversee the implementation and ongoing development of the Staffordshire Curriculum Framework.
* Build and apply an evaluation framework informed by evidence and student voice.
* Guide preparations for the Teaching Excellence Framework and the Access & Participation Plan.
* Lead teams specialising in educational development, digital education and inclusive practice.
* Provide senior insight on pedagogic innovation, regulation and sector trends.
* Represent the University nationally, including through Advance HE and wider sector networks.
About You
You bring:
* Strong knowledge of TEF, OfS regulation and Access & Participation.
* A track record of driving impactful educational enhancement.
* Collaborative leadership with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Passion for inclusion, innovation and digitally enhanced learning.
