Management Accountant | £40,000 | Anglesey | Hybrid Location: Anglesey Salary : £40,000 per annum Working Pattern: Hybrid working, 2 days from home A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a well-established, multi-site organisation based in Anglesey. About the Role As a Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting operational teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes across the business. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts down to division and branch level within tight deadlines Allocate costs across multiple divisions and branches to ensure accurate cost centre reporting Maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations Process monthly journals including prepayments, accruals, stock and margin Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure financial data is accurate and complete Maintain accurate accounts records and spreadsheets Respond to financial queries from across the business Conduct variance analysis against budget and prior year performance, providing regular updates to management Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency Take ownership of overhead costs, including monthly reviews with budget holders Support other finance-related duties as required What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. While full training and development will be provided, the ideal candidate will have: Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets Experience in a large, multi-site organisation Part-qualified or QBE A self-starting attitude and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability What’s in It for You?
